From the start, students learn the foundational sciences of dentistry and their clinical applications, with opportunities to practice in real settings. By the end of the first semester, you will be prepared to meet patients, communicate effectively, understand their health issues, and begin simple procedures. Dundee features innovations like working with Thiel-embalmed cadavers, participating in research through summer internships and the Dental Wiki project, and exploring personal topics during Discovery Week, which can lead to elective studies, including international experiences.
