Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases remain the primary causes of premature mortality globally. The BSc Honours Health Physiology program emphasizes disease diagnosis and treatment, equipping students with practical skills for conducting cardiovascular and respiratory investigations commonly utilized in clinical environments. In the second year, students can choose to continue on the Health Physiology pathway or apply to transfer to the Healthcare Science pathway, which includes NHS placements throughout years two and three.
