About the course

Our BSc in Business Management with Human Resource Management suits students keen on the human aspects of business, from traditional HR to leadership and high-performance organizations. Students will undertake a year abroad between their second and final years, enhancing skills through global partnerships. Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the program offers top-tier teaching at Swansea University's Bay Campus, with final-year projects collaborating with real businesses to boost employability.The first year includes seven compulsory modules like Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Operations Management, plus one elective.
