Students gain expertise in rural professional practice, law, valuation, building construction and management, planning, development, and broader business management, fostering skills for advising on farm estates and multifunctional rural enterprises.Delivered via lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical sessions, and site visits, modules are assessed through coursework featuring real-life case studies from land firms and practicing surveyors. A research project allows specialization, with flexibility to transfer to Real Estate. An optional one-year placement in Year 3 enhances skills and career insights through immersive industry experience.
