Graduates of this Real Estate course have secured roles in destinations including the UK, Singapore, Dubai, Brussels, and Hong Kong, spanning rural and urban settings. The programme equips you with skills, networks, and confidence for careers in commercial, rural, residential, or industrial property at firms like Deloitte Real Estate, Hamptons International, and Savills. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it covers property acquisition, sales, letting, development, management, town planning, and construction.The curriculum addresses rural and urban issues across all years, with modules in Property, Land Use and Development, and Business streams. Learning includes lectures, tutorials, industry speakers, practical sessions, site visits, case studies, and a personalised Research Project. Flexible options allow transfer to Rural Land Management after year one or two. Work placements are encouraged in years one and two, with a mandatory two-week placement at the end of year two, supported by the Careers Team.
