Graduates have pursued careers in diverse locations, including the UK, Singapore, Dubai, Brussels, and Hong Kong, working in rural and urban environments. This Real Estate program builds skills for roles in commercial, rural, residential, or industrial property, with alumni joining prestigious firms like Deloitte Real Estate, Hamptons International, and Savills. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it covers acquisition, sales, letting, development, management of property interests, town planning, and building construction.The course structure addresses both rural and urban property issues across all years, offering flexibility for specialization in the final year. Modules are organized into three streams—Property, Land Use and Development, and Business—and delivered through lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, study visits, and real-life case studies, culminating in a research project. A optional one-year work placement in Year 3 provides hands-on experience to refine career skills, while assessments combine examinations, coursework, presentations, and reports.
