In this innovative embedded honours program in Biological Sciences, you'll join a select group of high-achieving science peers for a four-year journey. From the outset, you'll engage in hands-on research alongside esteemed QUT experts in genuine settings, exploring real-world projects.Focusing on living organisms and their evolution—such as animals, insects, plants, and microorganisms—you'll investigate how they function, sustain us, and can be protected. Biologists tackle pressing challenges, including harnessing biological waste for energy solutions, safeguarding species from invasive diseases, and preserving ecosystems and biodiversity.
