In your first year, you will complete foundational units in design thinking for the built environment, construction management, structures, residential construction, urban development economics, construction business, and integrated construction. Subsequent studies cover commercial construction, construction-related law, building services, contracts administration, cost planning and controls, building measurement, estimating, and skill development in design and building. In the final year, you will explore programming, scheduling, advanced quantity surveying, and strategic construction management.Throughout the course, you will apply knowledge to real-world projects and challenges alongside lecturers and peers, receive mentorship from industry experts, build valuable connections, and access exclusive work placements and cadetships—some securing job offers before graduation.
