This industry-accredited course equips aspiring professionals to manage the construction procurement process, focusing on the commercial aspects of construction and civil engineering projects. Quantity surveyors play a vital role in minimising costs, enhancing value, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard. Centred on sustainable methods and technology, the curriculum covers essential topics including finances, cost planning, estimating, law, contract administration, architectural science, building engineering, and measurement.Key features include accreditation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), along with guest lectures from industry experts.
