Property Finance and Investment, BSc (Hons), with industry placement

This course is ideal for those seeking expertise in investment and finance within the property sector, where the interplay between property, financial markets, and investments creates a dynamic field with substantial rewards. Participants will gain advanced skills in financial project management, risk assessment, negotiation, valuation, portfolio management, and investment appraisal, while also exploring business planning, financial regulations, and the sustainability of investment projects. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it prepares students for professional certification and addresses global issues through interdisciplinary study led by experienced academics.Key highlights include real-world projects with partners like JLL and Savills, as well as study visits to destinations such as Madrid and Berlin.
