Starting in September 2024, the School of Arts and Humanities, which encompasses this joint honours degree in Communication & Society and Film & TV, will relocate to our City Campus. The course content will remain unchanged, and applicants have been notified via email about any potential impacts.This programme offers engaging modules on communication methods, societal transformations, and the film industry. Communication & Society explores evolving politics, economics, and social interactions, including media's role in non-verbal and unconscious communication. Film & TV examines the creation, mechanics, and audience interpretation of programmes. Delivered through lectures, tutorials, and workshops, the course balances theory and practice, enhancing interpersonal, creative, and analytical skills. Graduates pursue careers in broadcasting, marketing, public relations, or further studies at the master's or PhD level.
