Building surveyors serve as key advisors in the property and construction sector, identifying defects and recommending maintenance or repair solutions. They engage in developing new structures and restoring existing ones across residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and heritage projects. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of architectural styles, building history, techniques, material performance, and element evaluation.
