Civil engineers design and build essential infrastructure, from energy systems and iconic structures to water storage and supply, enabling everyday life. This integrated Master's degree in Civil Engineering develops graduates with professional judgement and deep knowledge, equipping them to apply core engineering principles creatively and responsibly to solve real-world challenges. Upon completion, students can pursue chartered Engineer status, with the curriculum shaped by government initiatives, industry partners, and professional bodies to align with current sector demands and accreditation standards from the Joint Board of Moderators.Throughout the programme, students engage in local field trips and have the option for a paid work placement between their second and fourth years.
