Lancaster University’s MSci in Biomedical Science is accredited by the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS), providing a key pathway to NHS employment as a biomedical scientist, complemented by required training in an NHS laboratory.This four-year integrated master’s program includes three years of undergraduate study followed by a master’s-level year, enhancing career prospects and offering insights into research paths. It delivers a comprehensive foundation in biomedical science, emphasizing life processes, human health, disease mechanisms, and laboratory techniques.
