Medical Science, Bachelor (Hons)

The Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) is a four-year program that enables students to advance their undergraduate education by showcasing their research capabilities in a professional environment. It builds upon the Bachelor of Medical Science (BMS) curriculum with elevated performance standards, preparing graduates as specialized medical scientists skilled in collaborating with professionals like medical practitioners and biotechnologists.The Honours year allows students to conduct an independent research project in medical science, covering all stages from design to implementation. Through this, participants develop expertise in research design, critical information analysis, data management, and theory development, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
