About the course

The BSc Accounting and Finance degree combines accounting, management, and finance to build a solid foundation for careers in accountancy and business. It covers essential topics like financial accounting, quantitative methods, management accounting, ethics, sustainability, financial economics, foundations of finance, and principles of taxation. Students can opt for a year abroad, placement, or complete the program in three or four years, with opportunities for exemptions from professional exams such as ACA, ACCA, and CIMA.Assessment methods include examinations, written assignments, reports, projects, presentations, and a 10,000-word dissertation, which accounts for one-third of final-year marks. This curriculum blends theory with real-world practice, allowing students to tailor their studies and develop skills for the global financial landscape.
