You will explore industry trends, develop business acumen, enhance leadership and management abilities, and in your final year, create a professional-ready food concept.Over three years, accumulate more than 1,100 kitchen hours, including two internships and three modules in collaboration with Ritz Paris, while earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Derby (UK). Gain a strong foundation in culinary fundamentals and entrepreneurship, progressing from an Advanced Certificate in year one to a Higher Diploma in year two, and graduating with a Bachelor of International Business in Culinary Arts from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, plus a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts from the University of Derby, UK.
