Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (QSCM) is a course aimed at those wishing to enter the construction industry dealing with financial planning and control and legal aspects at a professional level.This course covers construction cost estimating, including aspects of refurbishment and maintenance cost, procurement, quantification of elements using both traditional and electronic techniques, value management and contract/commercial issues.
