Games Design and Creative Writing, BA (Hons)

This course develops creative writing skills in the context of games design and gameplay, emphasizing the application of traditional narrative techniques. Through lectures, workshops, seminars, play sessions, and online forums, students build confidence in idea-sharing, feedback, and collaborative or individual work. Expert faculty, including published writers with international reputations, provide industry insights and cutting-edge knowledge, ensuring skills remain relevant to professional practice.Students access 24-hour games labs with high-spec PCs and a design room featuring board games for collaborative learning. The program culminates in a comprehensive skillset for developing games from scratch, preparing graduates for the industry.
