Our four-year undergraduate Nursing – Dual Award course offers practical experience in two nursing fields, while fostering leadership skills through a research-informed approach, enabling registration as a nurse in both areas.This integrated MSci programme runs in conjunction with our BSc (Hons) Nursing course, where you will study alongside peers from fields such as Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Child Nursing, with specialised support to meet Level 7 requirements in the final year. It includes placements in various hospital and clinical settings across the West Midlands. Accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), successful completion allows application for dual Registered Nurse status and provides 120 Level 7 credits for potential future Master's study, with 'dual award' signifying eligibility for professional NMC dual registration.
