Enrolling in the Bachelor of Visual Arts at the Australian National University (ANU), you will engage in a program of rigorous academic scholarship and intensive studio practice, customized to your aspirations and guided by internationally acclaimed art practitioners at Australia's leading university. Upon graduation, you will possess essential creative skills and critical knowledge to tackle the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.You will build deep disciplinary expertise and acquire specialized skills across School of Art and Design areas, including ceramics, glass, painting, photography and media arts, printmedia and drawing, sculpture and spatial practice, and textiles. Your studies will expand through access to courses in the Centre for Art History and Art Theory, complemented by electives from across the ANU.
