The major in Capital Markets is concerned with applying the basic concepts introduced in the core finance course (FINM1001 Foundations of Finance) to study the financial decisions facing the firm; investment decisions and portfolio management; derivatives and risk management; portfolio construction; corporate valuation; and debt markets.
