Political Science, BA

The Bachelor of Arts in Political Science equips students to analyze how political systems influence community life, principles, goals, and sources of political obligation. The major is structured around five fields: American government and politics, political theory, comparative government, international relations, and American public policy. Students are encouraged to read critically, articulate ideas clearly and effectively, and systematically address political issues.
