Computer Science with Cyber Security, MEng (Hons)

Cyber security encompasses the concepts, policies, guidelines, tools, and technologies designed to protect the cyber environment, organizational assets, and users.This integrated Master's program develops multi-skilled, highly competent practitioners by providing a strong foundation in computer science and cyber security, including coding, mathematics, and basic engineering. Students then pursue advanced training, informed by world-class research, in areas such as secure systems, cryptography, and forensic analysis, building a solid theoretical base for emerging technologies. Graduates are prepared for careers in cyber security or related fields in industry and government, with an option for a five-year extended course including a year in industry.
