Our BSc (Hons) Professional Policing programme enables students to explore contemporary issues such as digital policing, organised crime, and terrorism, equipping them with the skills to address crime and anti-social behaviour. Developed by experts with extensive police experience and aligned with the College of Policing's National Policing Curriculum, the course prepares graduates to apply for roles as Police Constables in England and Wales. Students can opt for the standard route or a two-year accelerated pathway, ensuring they gain essential knowledge in just two years. Please use the correct UCAS codes: P1P2 for the standard programme and P1P3 for the accelerated version.The curriculum includes specialist training from former officers in areas like investigations, community policing, road policing, intelligence, and response operations, complemented by support from experienced personal tutors. Assessment involves essays, reports, group work, presentations, and self-evaluation.
