Your Natural Sciences degree will offer you the opportunity to work with real world problems, helping you to develop an understanding of the social, ethical, political and economic issues that arise in the application of Science.This interdisciplinary master's course is not like a traditional degree. We offer modules from a wide range of science disciplines. This will let you apply real-world contexts to global problems, such as:air pollutionclimate changeplastic wasteneurodegenerative diseasesloss of biodiversityYou will carry out significant and original research projects, including a six-month research placement where you could find yourself conducting laboratory experiments alongside some of the world’s leading researchers, investigating ocean currents on board a research vessel, trialling new biomedical devices in hospitals, or exploring extreme environments.Subject to revalidation.
