Politics and Spanish will give you the tools to understand the politics and culture of Spanish speaking countries. You’ll become fluent in Spanish, a language with over 500 million speakers around the world. You'll also develop a global viewpoint on issues like migration, security, and cultural rights, preparing you for an international career. Your third year will be spent in a Spanish-speaking country.You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Spain and a rich knowledge of the global processes affecting the region and its people. You will develop your practical language skills in Spanish and chose option modules from politics, history, cultural studies and Spanish sociolinguistics among others. Our Digital Humanities facilities will allow you to study and research through cutting edge technology. Supported by an expert team, these technologies will enable you to start making and exploring in new and immersive ways.
