About the course

For those seeking a career in the Canadian legal profession with a non-law undergraduate degree, our accelerated LLB Juris Doctor program offers an ideal pathway. This two-year intensive course provides a qualifying law degree recognized by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board in England and Wales, including a dedicated module on Canadian Constitutional Law to prepare for the National Committee on Accreditation exam. Note: If you are not a Canadian citizen or uninterested in Canadian law, consider applying for the standard LLB Accelerated program (M101).Designed for graduates from diverse disciplines, the program builds in-depth legal knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills through core modules like Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Equity and Trusts. Taught by active researchers at a Russell Group university, it includes opportunities for work experience, networking, and extracurriculars such as mooting and student societies. Access to excellent facilities, including libraries, electronic resources like Westlaw, and a moot room, enhances learning and employability.
