This course equips students with essential skills and knowledge for careers in human resources management through the BSc Business and Management (Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour) with Year Abroad, while enhancing global perspectives via overseas study. It allows specialisation in human resources management and organisational behaviour, focusing on people-centric organisational dynamics, current workplace trends, and preparing future workforces.Taught by leading scholars from the World of Work Institute and Henley Business School—ranked 16th for Business and Management in the Guardian University Guide 2024 and triple-accredited—students explore modules in international and strategic human resources management, organisational behaviour, leadership, and core business disciplines like economics, psychology, and data analytics. Learning involves lectures, seminars, and workshops, applying interdisciplinary concepts to real-world problems, with a third-year opportunity to study abroad for broader experience.
