About the course

Our BSc Business and Management (Entrepreneurship and Innovation) with Study Year Abroad programme equips you with essential skills for success in a dynamic business environment, including a year studying overseas. This four-year degree from Henley Business School blends rigorous management training with entrepreneurial creativity, covering topics like opportunity evaluation, financing, growth-hacking, and resource management. You'll build a strong foundation in business, marketing, and entrepreneurial finance, while gaining practical experience through modules on lean start-up, business model generation, and design thinking.The programme also explores core disciplines such as economics, psychology, sociology, international strategy, organisational behaviour, operations, data analytics, and human resource management. Through lectures, seminars, workshops, and self-directed study, you'll develop hands-on skills in business development and the ability to lead your own ventures. Accredited by AMBA, EQUIS, and AACSB, it includes options for a third-year abroad and support to launch your business idea.

What you will learn

The following modules have been approved in principle for delivery in 2025/26. Please note that as part of our current curriculum improvement process, all modules require final University approval and may be subject to change. Core modules for this course: Developing Professional Practice; Management Debates: Ways of Thinking about Business; Business Practice: Data Analytics; Social Responsibility in Action; Financing for Entrepreneurship.
