About the course

Our BSc in Accounting and Finance, offered by Henley Business School—ranked 23rd in the UK for Accounting and Finance (The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide, 2024)—prepares students for careers in accountancy firms, financial institutions, and multinational enterprises. The programme builds a strong foundation in core accounting and finance theories, technical skills, and their societal roles. Through core modules on financial systems, capital markets, and risk management, students apply knowledge via trading simulations and spreadsheet modelling. In later years, advanced and optional modules allow specialisation, ensuring graduates possess immediately transferable professional skills.Additionally, the degree offers flexibility, including a one-year transfer to our Malaysia campus for cultural immersion and reduced fees, while completing the programme in three years. Students may also apply for credit for prior learning from ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA, enhancing accessibility and career progression. For further details, visit the programme page.
