This prepares you for diverse careers in construction and surveying, such as building surveying, property management, project management, or building regulation.The course features a flexible common first year shared with BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and BSc (Hons) Construction Project Management, enabling transfers after Year 1. Gain practical experience via real-world design-and-build projects guided by industry advisers, and access industry-standard facilities including a dedicated design studio, materials and visualisation labs, and software suites (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, BCIS database). Accredited by RICS, CIOB, and CABE, it provides the preferred route to chartered membership.
