Through case studies in the first two years, students integrate core pharmaceutical sciences, including chemistry for drug design and analysis, pharmaceutics for medicine formulation and properties, and biosciences for understanding disease, drug action, and biological drug development. The program also covers diseases, common medications, regulations, patenting, and global business skills.Teaching methods encompass labs, lectures, tutorials, workshops, and problem classes. Year one introduces foundational topics like cardiovascular disease, drug structure, and medicine science. Year two advances to complex drug synthesis, discovery, and design.
