The optional industry placement year allows you to apply knowledge in professional settings, gain income, and secure job offers. The first year introduces applied and pure mathematics, statistics, and probability, progressing to abstract structures, differential equations, probabilistic models, mathematical finance, quantum mechanics, and relativity, with real-world problem-solving aligned to employer needs.
