About the course

Our extended law degree starts with a foundation year to prepare you for degree-level learning. You go to study the same modules offered on the three-year LLB course.You will study essential areas of legal knowledge such as public law, land law, equity and trusts, contract law, criminal law and tort law. In your final year, you choose from a range of specialist modules, including commercial law, intellectual property law, financial services law, and international law.With links to a range of legal, and related, employers in London, you'll have - as a law student - access to a range employability events, including talks and networking opportunities. You can also apply to assist volunteer lawyers on real cases at the university's Legal Advice Centre or apply to assist with the Innocence Project London.What you should know about this course
