About the course

This degree offers you the chance of an 8-week internship, in China, Mexico, Vietnam, Manchester (UK), or done remotely online. The internship is supported by Pagoda Projects from start to finish. Presenting you with a choice of internship companies, the different locations and then supporting you in your chosen country for the 8-weeks. This is an amazing opportunity for you to experience working, as part of your degree. The programme aims 1. To foster the pursuit of life-long-learning by • providing a supportive, student-centred, learning environment; and • promoting deep learning approaches to study among students.2. To provide students with the opportunity to• learn the core principles and methods of economics and international business; • acquire the knowledge and skills to apply them to a range of issues in a variety of settings; and• benefit from research informed teaching. 3. The International Business pathways leads to a degree in economics and business which focuses on business within an international environment4. To create an environment which encourages students to acquire transferable skills and develop their own personal resources and qualities.
