Fine Art (Digital Media, Drawing and Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture), BA (Hons)

This course assists in discovering your artistic identity by developing essential skills and practical techniques, emphasizing creation and critical analysis. You may focus on a single discipline or explore multiple media, with hands-on work fostering a deeper understanding of art theory and cultural contexts. Delivered by internationally acclaimed artists—such as lecturer Graham Fagen, who represented Scotland at the 2015 Venice Biennale—our staff actively exhibit and publish globally.In our spacious studios, you can experiment with drawing, painting, digital media, sculpture, photography, video, sound, performance, installation, and artists' books. Access to world-class workshops includes plaster/bronze casting, woodworking, screen-printing, lithography, 3D printing, ceramics, and more. Opportunities for international exchanges with partner institutions are also available.
