About the course

Important notice – campus changeThis course will move to the Belfast campus. Students will change campus part way through this course. Building surveyors are concerned with the provision of expert advice on all aspects of design, construction, maintenance and repair of buildings and the conservation of the built heritage. Much of their work involves the assessment of the condition of buildings and specifying remedial work to be undertaken.The work of the Building Surveyor is wide ranging and involves both site and office based activities.
