In music, you will explore performance, composition, musicology, ethnomusicology, music psychology, musical industries, and technology, developing skills as an independent musician and researcher. You will learn to listen, perform, and critically analyse diverse music genres, alongside compositional training in instrumental and digital software, while delving into the history, politics, and cultures of the countries associated with your chosen languages.Benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, including music practice rooms, recording studios, and psychology labs, and undertake a year abroad to immerse yourself in the relevant culture. Reasons to enrol include combining music with languages like German, French, or Spanish; gaining industry experience through the 'Work in Music' module; and engaging in creative opportunities such as ensembles, societies, and masterclasses.
