Our integrated programmes enable students to pursue law alongside another discipline, such as social anthropology. Spanning four years, participants will engage in courses from both the Law School and the School of Social and Political Science. The joint LLB in Law and Social Anthropology fosters advanced knowledge of legal theories, concepts, and rules, while also exploring human conduct, thought, variations, and the underlying common humanity.Social anthropology is the comparative study of human behaviour and ideas within their social contexts. Societies globally differ significantly in social norms, cultures, religions, and political structures, with individuals exhibiting corresponding diversity in ideas and behaviours.
A local representative of The University of Edinburgh in Singapore is available online to assist you with enquiries about this course.
