JapaneseOver the past 150 years, Japan has experienced change at breakneck pace, but has nevertheless retained its fascinating cultural heritage. Study with us, and you will develop the language and critical skills to engage with this dynamic society. In Years 1 and 2, you will study the Japanese language from beginner, post-beginner or advanced level, depending on your existing language skills. You will use your language abroad in Year 3. You will also gain an appreciation of Japan's place in East Asia, now one of the world's most important and influential regions.
International businessYou will specialise in international business in Year 2 and you will have a compulsory study year abroad in Year 3 at one of our international partner institutions in a Japanese-speaking country.
Year abroadYou will experience at first hand different cultures and approaches and develop your understanding of the international environment, including foreign language study.
