Students gain insights into technological advancements, global production, economics, and policy through visits to livestock, crop enterprises, and agribusinesses. Access to Farm491 and RAU farms supports practical learning in product development and research, bridging laboratory work with commercial applications. Graduates have secured roles with organisations like Agrii and NIAB TAG.The course features lectures, seminars, and hands-on sessions at RAU facilities, with assessments including exams, coursework, case studies, presentations, and reports. A fourth-year research project allows exploration of personalised or career-relevant topics. Additionally, a 12-month placement offers real-world experience to enhance skills, career insights, and industry connections with prestigious employers worldwide.
