Ahead of the 2023/24 academic year, we are reviewing this course to optimise the student experience, with any significant changes communicated promptly.This degree equips students with essential knowledge and skills for managing the global agri-food supply chain. It addresses evolving demands in food production, marketing, and regulation by fostering transnational expertise and practical abilities. Participants will engage in a European study tour to interact with entrepreneurs, attend networking events, and leverage alumni connections. Graduates earn the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 6 Diploma in Management and Leadership, plus one year of free CMI membership. The curriculum integrates diverse classes, assessments, and a third-year research project, embedding employability standards across modules to prepare students for careers in the sector. An optional one-year work placement in Year 3 enhances practical experience and career development, while assessments combine exams, coursework, case studies, presentations, and reports.
