Graduates receive the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 6 Diploma in Management and Leadership, along with one year of free CMI membership, enhancing career prospects in the sector.The course structure features diverse classes and assessments that build employability standards in collaboration with employers, culminating in a third-year research project tailored to individual interests or future roles. A strong focus on critical thinking and business capabilities prepares students for the global agri-food industry. In the second year, a 15-week work placement with prestigious companies in the UK or abroad develops practical expertise, confidence, and professional contacts.
