The School of Engineering prioritizes sustainable development, addressing a wide array of environmental impacts and degradation. Research efforts focus on identifying solutions to existing and emerging challenges, largely stemming from human activities. These solutions leverage techniques such as life cycle analysis, cleaner production, and eco-efficiency to promote sustainable outcomes.Students can choose from established applied research projects, strongly supported by industry, which deliver fundamental research leading to innovative products, processes, and knowledge. Participants will receive close supervision while working on a project in one of the designated research areas.
