About the course

The School of Engineering boasts strong research capabilities in biomedical engineering, communication technologies, complex systems and information processing, micro/nano materials and devices, and power, energy and control. Much of RMIT’s electrical and electronic engineering research occurs through dedicated centres and groups, including the Centre for Advanced Electronics and Sensors (CADES) and the Functional Materials and Microsystems Group.RMIT also hosts key research nodes, such as the Australian Centre for Electromagnetic Bioeffects Research. The MicroNano Research Facility (MNRF) provides essential support to these centres and groups.
