About the course

Students complete a total of 480 credit points, including 288 in Built Environment (Honours) units, 168 in Property Economics units, and 24 in QUT You units. The Built Environment (Honours) component comprises 96 credit points in core units for Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, as well as Urban and Regional Planning, and 192 credit points in core discipline units for Urban and Regional Planning. The Property Economics component includes 48 credit points in undergraduate core units and 120 credit points in the major.
