It elucidates drug mechanisms, disease processes, and genetic engineering, making it vital for drug discovery, biotechnology, and biomedical research. Biochemists examine the structures, functions, and biological roles of molecules in metabolism, cell signaling, and genetic information transfer.In addition to the BSc Honours degree, we offer an MSci Honours program, an integrated undergraduate Master's degree designed for high-achieving students pursuing careers in biochemical research.
