It is often recognised that an organisation's most valuable assets are its people, making an understanding of interpersonal dynamics and organisational interactions essential to effective operations. Our Business Management and Human Resources course focuses on management processes with a strong emphasis on human elements, such as human resource development, international business communication, and strategic human resource management.Approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the course includes student membership and Associate Membership upon completion, with fees covered from year two. It is also accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for dual-award status. Offered over three years full-time or four with placement, students can gain industry experience or study abroad.
