This course combines international relations (IR) with a modern language—French, Spanish, Modern Standard Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, or Japanese—fostering effective communication, linguistic proficiency, and cultural awareness. It explores how states, organizations, and non-state actors interact globally, using critical theories to analyze power dynamics, global systems, and pathways for change, supported by expert staff.A foundation year is available, with optional placement or study abroad after year two (potentially extending to four years).
